Thanks for a great year!

Another season comes to a close as I put the gear away this weekend. I want to thank everyone for a wonderful year and hope you all enjoyed following the blog reports. I will be updating as we close in on ice. I hope my blog reports have helped you out during your time on the water~

The 2011 season can’t come soon enough and if your interested in booking a trip, please call me at 218-244-2954 as my book is starting to fill already. Please note that I do have gift certificates available as they make for great presents.

Thanks again and have a great winter thinking of the open water fish for 2011!

Leech lake night bite Greta Anderson

HEre was Greta’s big walleye and as it hit, she wanted to say “Big Walleye” and “Big Lunker” at the same time and it came out as “Big Wunka”, so from here on out, we have a new one for those big eyes, it a “Big Wunka”.
Nice job Greta!!!

October full moon start, Leech Lake

Salmo #12 sting in the grey silver and GMO, still remain the goto baits for us. BOth rocks and weeds are producing fish. Water temps are now in the 51-52 range.
The Anderson family enjoyed a nice bite.
